plan the budget to build house

I observed that to plan our budget to build the house is not that easy. I have experienced to always exceed the budget when built house although I have done thorough calculation and research on material prices and also manpower requirement. However, most of the time I got this problem due to changing of plan in the middle of project. So I have to absorbed the cost which is actually excluded from my initial budget plan..How about you? Have you ever experienced to build house within budget plan? How do you manage to do that?

maybe of course i have plan for making a new home but the budget?? i still search some money for making a home...

hi, actually its my plan to build a house in or lot,but of course before i proceed their i need to make a budget plan for the house that i will build,so that i will see that right amount of money that i need to use.

Yes I bought a flat when I was very young, I guess you could say I just jumped in and put a deposite on it and paid it off, this was an usual thing in those days for a single woman did this, but I worked hard, working double shifts and not going out a lot but I paid it off, it is a nice feeling to know you own the roof over your head...
