How do you like your potatoes?

Mashed, baked, or roasted. I stay away from fried b/c we all know what that leads to.

I love mashed potatoes, especially with lots of gravy. I like baked with lots of butter. I also like them boiled. I don't think I ever had them roasted.

I have never made roasted potatoes, but some restaurants serve them that way. They're delicious.

boiled , unpeeled and then added with salt and chilly powder...... a very good curry that makes...

I like my mashed potatoes kind of chunky, made with red potatoes. I like them with cheese and some half-and half blended in, with salt. I like the potato skin kept on.
