I prefer to use natural health remedies over medicines that have a lot of side effects. As going to the doctor and getting a prescription can be very costly. We do our best to use the natural remedies that are available to us. What is your preferences? And how has it helped you?

If it's a known natural remedie that works, great. If you try several remedies that don't work, then I would suggest seeing a doctor. Then again, you have to factor in what you're willing to pay.

Yes if a person can't find a natural remedy they can see a doctor that specializes in natural products. If that doesn't work then they should go see a doctor. A person just has to do their best to be cautious about what they are putting into their bodies.

I tend to avoid medication unless absolutely, positively needed. There are just a lot about medications that I don't trust. Especially considering I am certain that in high quantities they can really mess with a person's natural abilities to heal and cause them to become dependent on it, thus they are going to get sicker far more often. Not saying that there is legitimate uses for medication, because there are many. However, there are going to be times where whatever I am having, if it is not serious, I'll just ride it out or rather use some kind of remedy that has been proven to work. Granted, not something that I had just found off the Internet, because that is just playing with fire in many ways.

I agree with you. I too feel that there are many medicines that unfortunately so many people become dependent on. I also don't care for all the side effects that come along with a lot of the medication. It seems that we want to take something to cure or help with this problem but then it causes more problems in other areas.

Your idea is correct, but in some serious conditions, even though the medicine gives side effects, it is used because of the seriousness of the disease. But for small small diseases and symptoms natural health remedies are okay.

I agree. There are serious conditions that do require certain medications. I'm happy that for now I can focus on natural health remedies. For the most part my health is good. I hope that it will be that way for a little while.

It all depends, I believe in medication, in the US they are regulated and most of them are pretty safe. Some are needed, like in my case, insulin for my diabetes but I also take cinnamon tablets and add cinnamon to anything I can to help keep my sugar levels controlled, don't know if it really works but it doesn't cause any harm anyway.

natural medication works but its has no particular quantity of dose,i mean natural med are mostly used to treat many diseases.but it has a limit.pains for intance can be controlled by anagesic or pain killer but natural herbs will only cure for a time and resurface it again

I guess I understand what you are trying to say. But I think the same is true with pain killers as well. It doesn't necessarily cure the problem it just makes our body num to the pain. I do feel though however that some people do have to take medications for particular conditions.
