I've been doing it. But I'm not sure if it's a scam or not. I'm getting allergic to those sites who will make you waste your time and doesn't pay.

Recently i post this type of discussion where i also want to know the best site for shortening urls. Somebody said that link bucks is right for you because you can make money on this site not only by shortening urls but by other methods also. Also one more preferable site for you is adf.ly It recommend you after linkbucks.
