Assigned parking in an apartment complex...how do you feel?

Residing in an apartment complex with assigned parking was great when I first moved there then people starting parking in my space and I've had to knock on neighbors' doors and even call the tow company....now my lease is almost up and I am hate assigned parking!

The apartment we lives in has no a signed parking bit there is janitor visitor parking.
