I recently visited a friend whose in Makati City, Philippines. As I'm watching people over the bus I saw a unique bus with an ads about winning prizes and all that stuff. It's about a review of restaurants over the Philippines. Which is also like blogging. But I haven't tried it yet. Because my English is poor. Many people might laugh at my English. I still like here in Mylot where English sentence is never been judge or criticize. Who knows the site? What are the things you already won over there? I am currently looking for an English Teacher who can help me with my English.

It's a legitimate site. I have been making money on this site. I make reviews of restaurants and food stalls that I have eaten and they pay me for every review that I upload. They run promotions year-round and I joined last year. It's easy since we all eat at least 3x a day. Just take pictures and make a review. I just use my cellphone camera to take pictures since its with me all the time. They are not strict with English, you can even write in Pilipino - some of the other reviewers do. Some write in Taglish, there's no language restriction like here in mylot. If you need help, just PM me - will be glad to help.

One of my friends here in mylot told me that openrice is a site to do restaurant reviews. I have visited it, and they it says that you have to post some pictures on a particular restaurant, their menus and write a review on it.. Yes, you can win prizes on this site such as Samsung Galaxy tab.. etc..

I checked the site and it looks like a review site for restaurants in Manila, Cebu and some other provinces. I recently read something that food blogging pays well. Sometimes the entrepreneurs themselves gives some fees to the food blogger for writing about their restaurants, though I am not really that sure about this. Since, you will be writing for a Philippine website, then I think Taglish would be fine. Anyway there are Filipino foods that don't have equivalent English names like the adobo or the kare-kare. You don't need that perfect English but you have to know about foods and the right restaurant ambiance. To do this you have to go around and sample the meals that they serve. So, will the investment in efforts, time and money pay off?
