Have you seen the papillon dog breed?

I recently adopted a dog and did not know if it was a breed or cross, then results were shown its a pappilon, They are really beautiful, with the most loving nature ever. They are also called the butterfly dog.

I'm not sure if I've seen one in person but I've been to a petshop where there are a lot of dogs. I think I have seen a dog similar to this. I read before that this breed is one of the most intelligent dogs aside from Border Collie, Labrador and German Shepherd.

Papillon is not a cross breed. They are a pure bred dog that are small and very furry. They have big ears too haha quit cute

Hi Karin, I've seen 'butterfly' dogs. It's because their lovely ears make them look like flying butterflies when they move their heads. 'Pappilon', is French for butterfly I believe.... Good luck with your new friend. MC
