Have you seen The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo? What did you think of it?

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo was originally a posthumous novel by Swedish author Steigg Larsson. It's part of trilogy called the Millennium series. It's already been turned into a film version by the Swedish, but now there is an American version. Have you gone to see it? I watched it a couple weeks ago, and I really liked it. It had a lot of action and was dark and artistic. However, I thought they could've showed more emotional development with the main character, Lisbeth Sanders, and that they should've worked harder on the accents. The book is set in Sweden, and although it's possible that some of the characters could have British accents, there seemed to be a myriad of accents going on. It was kind of annoying and distracting from the movie. Now, I want to go see the originals. What did you think of the movie?

Oh, really? The American one was really straightforward, but they also changed the story a bit. I'm excited to see the Swedish version.
