if they don't want to sleep, please respect others who would like to sleep..

I really do not know why there are some people who does not know how to respect others time. As in they do not care at all even they are disturbing their fellow. Just like what is happening to our street here, as one of our neighbor keep on singing and playing their karaoke even it is already late. As in, they keep on singing on a loud voice until 5 in the morning. Wherein, they have started around 9 in the evening and lasted until 5 in the morning of the next day. As in, they never think that they are really, really disturbing their neighbors that includes us. Hence, I am really really upset to what they have done. Thus, they should be given an initial warning by the Barangay Councils to give respect to their neighbors especially when it is already late. Consequently, if they don't want to sleep, then, please respect others who would like to sleep, after all, it is already late, and that time is already an ideal sleeping time.

Hi AiraSheila.... Sometimes its hard to dealing with someone who doesn't had consideration about others. Sometimes people can be so selfish and think about his own happiness even when its really bother others. Here we usually talk about it straightly to the person, its will be hard to calling police first. So we had to dealing it to our neighborhood leader to talk with them. Its usually work if not we made petition and sign by every people who feel bothered.

That is rather true. Just because you are still up to an ungodly time of the night, that does not mean that other people will want to be up that late. There are just going to be a lot of times where people think that everyone has a sleep schedule that goes late at night. Once the sun goes down at night, there is a chance that people might be sleeping, because they might have to get up early or whatever. There are a lot of people who return at two in the morning and then they are going to cause a bit of a ruckus. It is really going to cause some frustration and it is going to really cause many people to agitated. Then again, people tend to get rowdy a lot past a certain time, if they don't get sleeping. Still, be considerate to those who might be in bed. Consideration is just something that is a lost art among many people.

You are right if the person dont want to sleep then they should respect to others who want to sleep some people talk loudly till night and not sleep and others are disturbed due to those voice. Some people fight and speak loudly in their house so neighbor tired and disturbed.

that is very inconsiderate of those people to be singing loud karaoke at that time of 5 a.m..that is not already the right time to be singing at those times because most people are already sleeping and need peace..i would be very upset if our neighbors are like that..we experience neighbors singing karaoke until about 2 a.m. and it is kind of irritating we are so disturbed we cannot sleep properly..

I know how we can be irritated when someone didn't respect or disturb when we take a short nap. At the same time when sleeping after come back from work.

I think that you should do something about this situation. Your neighbour is against the law and you should call the authorities. That is what we do in my country.We first give a warning and if the disturbance keeps up then we call the police to take over the matter.

You have right complaining. Getting a decent amount of sleep, helps us in re-energizing ourselves for daily challenges. Thus it is important we get good amount of rest. People who stay up all night, doing all kinds of things must keep in mind that the others who are sleeping don't like to get to disturbed and should keep down the noise levels. Hope you sort your problem.

If they are breaking the rules ..it is definitely not acceptable.. when people what such fun they should also consider how it is effecting other.. listening to music by putting in loud noise creates problem for not just the people who wants to sleep but also to people are ill and old .. I think you should complain to police about the noise they create..

This is definitely not a good gesture from your neighbor. They have to keep the common interests of the people in the neighborhood before they do anything and from your words I think they are giving torture to people. You have all the rights to even go to the local police and inform them about the situation. No one is allowed to play loud sounds crossing certain decibels in the late nights. Please go ahead and give them an unofficial warning explaining the inconvenience its causing you. If they still doesn't stop it go and give a police complaint

it is better if a formal complaint is filed especially if it is really a nuisance causing disturbance and annoying other neighbors. it seems they don't seem to care for others privacy that they keep on doing that until the wee hours of the following day, so in this regard, proper authorities should be the one to handle them.

It is just but proper that you have them reported to the Barangay council, my friend. That way, they will know that it is not indeed permitted for them to be singing all night long. It's public disturbance! So now, they know when to stop.

You should say something to them. It's really interesting, in Jewish law it is stated that the worst form of stealing is that of stealing sleep because it is something that one can steal and it can NEVER be returned. So take back what is yours! Sleep is very very important.
