Working as a Business Analyst in IT industry

I think the best solutions come from the skill and energy that is required to relate to the client from their perspective. To understand the clients needs is paramount in delivering any service. I found on the job in customer service if I understood the problem I could find a suitable solution or at the very least find a direction to go towards. It was always a successful relationship if I could "become the client" for a while, so to understand the issue or problem at the very beginning. Hint: try finding a suitable discussion "topic" to get best responses, respond to members comments that reply to your created discussion and above all it is suggested that enjoying our time in mylot will give best results :-)
