January 10, 2012 11:35am CST
Hi All, this is first ever post of mine on this forum. Well I am starting with my role/profession only to begin with. I know, many of you would be on the same role in your company and finding it quite ineresting to work as a BA and doing all analysis to come-up with right set of requirements /solutions which I am sure would be helping your company/client/project in all ways. So I would be very happy if you all can share your experience, achievements and learning with me and everyone on this forum. Thanks! Rohit

I think the best solutions come from the skill and energy that is required to relate to the client from their perspective. To understand the clients needs is paramount in delivering any service. I found on the job in customer service if I understood the problem I could find a suitable solution or at the very least find a direction to go towards. It was always a successful relationship if I could "become the client" for a while, so to understand the issue or problem at the very beginning. Hint: try finding a suitable discussion "topic" to get best responses, respond to members comments that reply to your created discussion and above all it is suggested that enjoying our time in mylot will give best results :-)

I initially thought that it's a reply to what I initiated but later found it something else.
