The feast of our patron saint is near.

January 17 is the feast of our patron saint, St. Anthony, the Abbot or to us San Antonio Abad. It will be next week already. I'm excited because this is the first time that I'll be celebrating his day. Previously, our feast is on February 14 but the church changed it to the true day of the patron. Last year the barrio people were confused. I don't know today if they are still confused...

Confused , ask them to wiki it :p Our patron saint is St.Assisi , to be honest , i don't really know when the feast is , of course we celebrate it every year lol

I don't know what to say about this. I guess you live in a big city that is why you don't know when is your fiesta. I only live in a very small village where we know all the activities therein.
