Is it right if I like him?

There is this someone from the frisbee world that keeps on bothering my thoughts. I only noticed him at first because he was the former boyfriend of my girl crush (my idol in frisbee). They were both good at playing frisbee but they ended up their relationship for 8 months already (i guess). He kept on liking my facebook status but still did not see him in a special way until he liked our TEAM PICTURE (we came from different team) and commented "#02" which is my jersey number. From that on, I started to notice him. Now, i became part of their team or maybe a half-pledged member of their team ever since I filled-in or played as an import player for their team (that was November 2011). From that time, we became close and I think, I LIKE HIM ALREADY.
IS IT OKAY TO LIKE HIM EVEN THOUGH HE WAS THE EX-FORMER OF MY IDOL (GIRL-CRUSH)?

its ok to like him its not like he is still with the girl and your crushing him they are over so now its your turn to try to have is attention

aww haha i guess its okay to like him. They already ended their relationship, so there is nothing to worry about. Unless she wants to make a fuss about it. You just have to confirm that he really likes you too, and that he is not just playing with your feelings, then it is fine to go ahead if things are all working out. But again, i advice you to fall too deep in a relationship as you might never know when it will end. I've been hurt a few months ago, so i wouldn't wanna see that happen to you too. =) good luck friend.
