I think that's great you're able to read so much. I wish I had the time to sit down and read like that. Every once in a while I'll find a book that I can't put down. But most of the time, I have to read for school and by the time I'm done with that I don't feel like reading for pleasure. In the summer I have a lot more time and that's when I usually read a few books.

I used to read 3-5 books a month, I read different kinds of books from self help books to novels, I always want to finish a book (novel) as fast as I can because I am always looking forward to what will happen next. But lately I don't have that much time for reading books since my work schedule changed and right now I am just reading articles, new or blogs online and of course here in mylot where in you just don't read stuff but are able to share your ideas too. Reading books doesn't necessarily make you weird actually reading books make you smarter and broaden you knowledge and perspective on life. It's just like watching movies but you use your imagination much more.

A couple of years ago, I used to read about one book a week. I loved reading, I found myself watching TV more. Now, I don't get to go to the library as often as I'd like, so I'm lucky if I get to read one book per month. Also thing is I have a list of books I want to read but the library closest to me doesn't have it. I can try to put it on hold, but I have fees on my card so I can't. I plan to read a couple of books online, but I've been too busy with these online sites where you earn money Ideally, I'd read at least one book every two weeks, if not more often.

i love to read.usually i read 2 or 3 books a week, but sometimes because of my study i don't have time to read something else than speciality books ans that makes me sad. i take advantage of holidays to read more literaure.saddly most of the people today forgot the joy that a book can bring.so you are not weird, you just may be sourrounded by people with not so much education.

I just love reading ever since I was a child. I don't buy books anymore because I no longer have any space in my 6 book cases but I go to the library at least once a week and take out as many as 6 books at a time. Sometimes I read them all, sometimes I browse through them. I could not imagine life without books. I am so glad there are people like you who also like to read.

I've always enjoyed reading. Even as a kid, I really enjoyed it. I can't say that I'm a fast reader, but I do try to read a little bit everyday.

I don't read any books today and I don't even have any book to read. I would like to read book instead of watching or doing something on my computers. I have been slightly very busy on my place or work. I would want to read books as many possible until I can't read the book.

You are not weird! I read about the same amount as you! I guess people probably think I am crazy too then...Oops. Oh well, I'm okay with it. =) I love my books and when I get into reading a good one, I have trouble putting it down. I read a lot, usually before bed so my kids are asleep and I have time.

My favorite kinds of books are mysteries/thrillers. The ones where you just have to turn the page because you need to know what happens next! Love them... =)

I am not the avid reader I used to be when I was in school or college but still make it a point to read atleast 1 book a week or sometimes even more.. I am the sort who likes to read through a book in one sitting, so I usually allot a saturday or a Sunday and make sure I finish it one go, cos I really cant stand not knowing what would happen next.. Cheers

I read here and there I'm very busy so I read when I get a chance. I love to read a good book. I'm a writer so it is important to read so that you could come up with a new idea. I acsually prefer a good book to a movie it let you use your imagination more. It enables you to think about who you are in this life.

I like to read books too, but lately I just don't have that much time to spend on a good book. I guess that I was busy on making money, either online, or from my real life. We just neglect the importance of reading. I read newspaper from time to time, but a good book, I haven't done it for while. Luckily, I start to read again.

That's not weird at all. Those people are just not used to someone who is a bookworm. Being a bookworm has its benefits. Some ignorant fools think that bookworms don't have social lives. Some bookworms may not have a very social life but that doesn't mean they do not know how to socialize. Maybe they were just worried about you. Reading too much can damage your eyes. I used to read books. Only I finish one book a week, because I have classes. On breaks I would open my ebook on my phone and read on. The fastest record I read a book took eight hours. The level of interest the book provokes in us is also something to be considered. When I'm very thrilled about what would happen next in the book, I find it hard to sleep, so I read and read and read and before I know it, I have already finished reading the whole book LOL!

I used to read 2 or 3 books a week until it came to a point that books became quite expensive that I settled to reading a book a week. Only a few of my friends read books and they find it strange that I enjoy reading. They would prefer watching TV or doing social activities. They have not experienced the satisfaction gained from reading a good book and how we look forward to the conclusion. Nowadays, I cannot find extra time to read books because of the job. I still miss it though and maybe I will try to pass by the book sale to see if there are some interesting books for me.

i love reading, i would read just about anything. You're not weird. I think people who read books are cool. I presume you are reading something that is fictional or some novel. I'd like to read that kind of stuff too, but most of my free time i read about psychology and philosophy. LOL. or anything that will just interest me.

I've been reading really thick books lately so I don't read nearly as much as you. Lately I've been reading around 60 pages a day. I haven't kept track of how many books I've gone through though.

yes it does depend on the size of the books my brother claims he read a book a week but they are comic book's so i don't really count them i could read 9 of them a day
