this has not received good reviews on the net. but it is offered on 50% discount that is why my brother has bought it. he would bring it with him when he goes back to our country for a short visit and it will be first time to use tab or playbook. as i have not used ipad or tab. anyways, if i will like the experience it for the net then i might as well plan to buy my own playbook or tab. or i will just ask them to buy me one since i can't easily save money for myself. so that i can participate online discussions faster.

I've used the playbook before and it's not a bad tablet. I think the ipad is better and so is the samsung galaxy but they are insanely expensive. We recently got the kindle fire, it's a tablet and only $200. So far I really enjoy it. It doesn't do EVERYTHING that the ipad does, but I can't name something the ipad does differently that makes it worth $300 more.
