I've been very busy since I started being a nurse trainee in a certain hospital that I realized I forgot to take a deep breath for a while and feel the calmness of the wind. It's my off day and I am very thankful because God never wants me to forget the beauty of life. I am relaxed at my home today looking at those trees and eating my meals unhurriedly and most importantly enjoying the taste of the food. I feel relief. I just came up to the thought that; If a person has so many problems that he/she can't take it thinking that it has no end, God surely give him/her a rest even she/he doesn't ask for it...it's just that, God knows us more than we know ourselves. I am enjoying my work as a nurse trainee and I encountered a lot of challenges which are difficult and I experienced negative feedbacks but it's okey..it's part of my learning...it's just I'm happy that God is always in us,He never failed to let us feel his presence. I just wanna share guys. happy day!

You are lucky to atlest have a rest after a busy week.. I really miss those days when i was unmarried and working use to work six days a week and sunday was the best day..sleeping late saturday night, waking late up on the sundays, outing, watching movie, ahhhh miss them... Now that i am married for 2 yrs, have a 9 month old baby.. no rest at all.. its a 24x7 duty.. no rest at all...husband do have holiday on sunday but its just his break.. not mine i am all day doing the routine work and even more as he is home and needs some thing or the other... Ohh God want those free days once again just for at least a week... :)

hello sumatix:) I recommend you ask for a leave from your chief nurse so that you can rest. I know its really hard that you are working all day long but I know God has purpose for everything and he won't let His children suffer and get tired. I'm praying that you could have a break even just for two days. Still, God surprises us with many things and we might not know, your head would consider a 2 day break duty for you. God Bless you friend.

I'm glad you are able to relax and enjoy the beauty of life. Yes, when we are so busy we forget to appreciate how beautiful life is. When I am too busy, I am so focused on the works that I am always rushing I don't even notice how beautiful the trees and plants along the way, and how lovely the sky above is:) But when I do, I feel relaxed and refreshed and I'm reminded to take a time to admire God's creations. Life is beautiful if we know how to appreciate it and if we know how to stay positive and rise up above life's troubles. Stay positive and happy

Indeed, what you said is true. God give us even we don't ask for it. We must be thankful. As for me, I am at home also relaxing. I am very happy because I miss doing this so much. You feel free. There is no stress. I have to feel now that I am having a very nice day with having nothing to do.

Good day! I'm really happy that you rested so well after your hard week by concentrating on the PRESENT MOMENT which is the biggest PRESENT we really have. You just simply realised that and became aware of yourself more. People should learn to be calm, relaxed and focused in the present moment all the time, even when they work, because if you are relaxed, if your mind is clear, so your job will be done at ease and you won't need to worry or be at stress anymore. I think that the best way to be calm and focused in the present moment all the time, is to start practising some meditation techniques which fits you the most. For an example, just sit on your sofa or lay down on your back in the bed and start to concentrate on your breathing: follow the laeding edge of it; try to leave your thoughts and worries aside. There are also many techniques which you can search on the internet. I saw that you constantly use the word: "God". I don't care do you are Christian, Muslim or another religion follower, or atheist or whatever belief system do you have, I just accept every people: with all their beliefs and other aspects of their personalities. I just don't like to take along the chains of variuos dogmas on my neck by following religions, I just try to be a spritual person and my God is different(but I believe that every path or not path (you can fly trough the skies freely) leads to "him" if you are just willing to open your heart for yourself and others, because God isnside of all of us, not outside),in definition (mine) it is THE SOURCE OF EVERYTHING. Have a nice day. Love and Light to you!
