Has Anyone Worked at a Tim Hortons' ?

Just curious if anyone has worked at Tim Hortons and what their experience was there. Mine was more on the lines of a sweat shop than a job for the first 4 months I was there. No Xmas Bonus. No raise after 7 months -and their profit sharing was determined unfairly. I didn't even get anything. I have heard others at other TH"s had same issues and I also have heard there are a few good ones out there. How was your experience?

Ha this sounds a lot like Victoria's secret, where I work. I've never worked at Tim hortons ( I don't even think we have those where I live) but I can imagine that there are certain companies who don't necessarily treat their employees right. It's sad that this happens, I'm stuck at one now while I go to school, but I guess the best thing to do would be to find someplace else. If you're not happy where you are, then start searching for another job where you'd be happier. It might be hard to find another one and that's when we just have to be thankful with what we have, even if it's not the best place at the moment.
