try to look at your friends and if you see hes/her hair is nice ask your friend what is your anti-dandruff shampoo? if he/she name it and stick for that shampoo at least 1 month dont try to use other shampoo than that in one month because i heard some of my friends they say that if we dont stick to one shampoo its not good for our hair.

Welcome to Mylot Septemberstar! One of the main causes of dandruff is stress. you may want to find ways on how to rid yourself of stress.

when i was in college i have similar problem. I don't know what caused it but it was really irritating. It was so irritating i have to cut my hair very short and for sometimes i use a sulfur bar soap that supposed for facial use, i use it on my head before i use a shampoo. After a while my dandruff is gone. I stop using the sulfur bar soap on my head after the dandruff is gone because i don't know weather there will be a long term effect on my hair or not.

Well if it is tht way, then maybe it isn't the shampoo problem, but your lifestyle problem. if you go to bed with a damp hair, you might get your scalp itchy and ending up with dandruff. You would also get dandruff if you are stress. i used to have dandruff and then i realized that my main problems were all these. One more thing is also, when i am bored while watching tv, i would jst scratch my head for fun. Weird right? i know, but then yea. All these are the ones that made me have dandruff. The shampoos were jst to help minimize n clear it, but if u don't do something about it, the shampoo won't work. =)

will i tried many but i think all are not honest, there is nothing working for me, but when I used the shampoo that suited my skin it was much good, so i think you try and use the shampoo that will work for your skin, doent matter if its for dundruff or no

Try to drink more water per day. Sleep at least 6 hour in a day. And you may try lemon as a cure. Collect the juice of the lemon and apply it to the base of your hair and scalp. Wait for at least half an hour. Then clean it with shampoo. It works for me I think may work for you too.

Have you tried nizoral? My brother is also like that, he has problem with dandruffs and he is using it. What do you think is the origin of your dandruff? Because my brother has dandruffs because of the gel or wax he is applying to his hair. Maybe you should try to discover first what causes the problem and start from it. Or you can have a consult if it is really a big deal.
