Does anyone else use spark people or have other ideas on losing weight?

I started at spark people hoping to help me lose weight. I am trying hard to keep myself motivated and on the right track this year and want ideas. I am up for any ideas on motivation and keeping it going to lose pounds and to get healthy. This has always been a roller coaster ride for me so I would like to find a way to get past the loopty loops of the roller coaster and just have a straight ride down the center.

Hey there, i have been fat once too. Haha. first of all, i have to admit that. My fats don't jiggle or wiggle when i walk but they giggle! Anyways, guess what? I am working as a part time model now and my weight is just normal! although it is getting to the underweight side now. But yea, i got my body tone up, abs and stuff. The first most important thing in losing weight is to never give up. Never ever. You might see the results in the fastest, 2 months, but that, is if you work out almost everyday. I took almost a year to get into shape and i believe you can do it too. Now you have to first take care of what you eat. No rice, no noodles, no bread, no cheese. None of these high carbs stuff. Add in protein and fiber. Fruits, and vege and oats! My fav one is oats. It has no calories at all, can keep you full and loads of fibers. I know you might flinch at the thought of having to eat oats everyday, disgusting and everything, but then you can turn it into a delicious way. blend it in cold water, with chocolate flavor protein that you can get in any health store. And one more thing, i don't really eat bananas as although bananas are high in fiber, but they also have high calories. So i kinda avoid them. Next is the work out part. Jog for at least 30minutes a day if possible. If not, just 3-4 times a week will do. Join a gym would be best, but if u can't, then just go online, search how to lift weights to tone up your body and tighten those fats. DOn't worry, your muscles won't look like those scary bodybuilders and stuff, models lift weights too you know? Just to get the shape. For weights, there is one thing you should know. If you lift light weights but high repetitions, then you are toning up your muscles which is what we want. But if you lift heavy weights with low repetitions, you are building up muscles. This is when you will look like some bodybuilder. So for a girl, 5lbs would be enough, do 4reps and 30 times in each rep. You will definitely see the results in a few months. Jogging is the best cardio. Trust me. And good luck! =)

I don't have an idea with spark people but I have something to share to loose your weight. 1.)Try to make it a habit not to take breakfast 2.)Drink a hot coffee to burn the calories fast every after meal. 3.)Walk until your feet get tired at least 3 times in a week
