Well lot of buzz were there when India was going for Australia series abut Sachin's 100th century. Some peoples said that he will make it in the very first test and others said that it may not be the first test but he definitely gonna make it in Australia. We, the Indian supporters were waiting with hope in mind that our master blaster will make it in Australia ( and what we got instead thats another topic ). But after the first three defeat in Australia, which is 7 in a row defeat overseas if we consider England series as well, "Are you still interested about Sachin getting his 100th century or not in this series?

Initially I was not bothered too much about it but it has become such a raging phenomenon now.. I want it to get done as soon as possible as it will lift a lot of burden and pressure of the little masters shoulder and let him play as free as before.. It will also quiten some people who say that Tendulkar is bigger than the team and his century is a distraction to others..I just hope he gets it asap..praying for the GOD..Cheers..

Well said phoenix it is imperative that Sachin and probably someone else too scores a century if India have to salvage some pride in this test series.. Just hope we dont get whitewashed as in England.. Cheers

They way they are talking to media I think they have already accepted the whitewash. If they lose the 4th test too it will be 8 in a row. Truly said the aussie media, they are weaker than Bangladesh. Funny thing is the same England, who had whitewashed India, is currently creeping to reach 2oo total against Pakistan.

I think those facts are true to some extent. Tendulkar is now appearing bigger than the game. So much buzz about his century has shifted the focus of whole team. Sooner it will be done, better it will be for India. Moreover India needed the century most in current situation to win or at least to draw the last test.

Yes of course, and I do hope he achieves this great feat before too long. He is an excellent player and I love to watch him play. He has all the strokes in the book and he always seems to have so much time to play the shot. The hallmark of a great player.

Certainly he is a great player, though his greatness is hardly coming out of the bat. He is failing to perform when India needs it most. Sachin getting his 100th century is only a matter of time but the century was much needed in this series which he had failed to deliver so far.

do i want to see sachin's 100th ton before he leaves australia? yes. but i want the rest not to worry about it. i mean he is already under pressure, not about his place in the side but other things and people dont seem to help him that much here. he want to go undisturbed to a match but all talk is about the 100th ton. he want to start his innings after a minimum of 25 overs but considering our openers have managed only one 50 run partnership is not helping him either. cmon lets not make sachin revisit the 90's again. good news.he wil be playing the odi but knowing sachin,he would want it to be a test 100. good luck.

Thats a fact. Indian opener has failed to build a strong partnership. But it should not be a matter of concern for greatplayer like Sachin. The main fact is the buzz abut his 100th ton have made him so stressed that he is not being able to concentrate on his batting in such a time when India needed him most as a savior.

Well that is a good question, frankly say i have no interest in his century. I cant understand why we are still behind this century when the team is at its most worst performance in the history of cricket. When the team is not winning what is the significance a personal achievement. I see no reason for it.

Your thought is practical but Sachin must have to score to prevent the whitewash. He is one of them who have to perform to save India's glory(whatever left after losing 7 in a row). So it is now necessary for the team than the personal milestone. Though even if he scores I think it will be overshadowed by the disastrous performance.
