tonight in Metro teve, the special dialogue or special report news about Solo..
once again, solo is shocked us with their great achievement..
two thubmsnail for Mr Joko Widodo as Major of solo..
in that news, it was reported that Mr Joko Widodo and solo local government had been succesfully remove the seller in the street (PKL) to a special location from government without conflict..
wow..Joko widodo maybe prove that he will be a candidate for our President in the general election 2014..of course, beside the name of Dahlan Iskan...

I give my respect for Mr. Jokowi especially for his interest in the IT area.
Such a popular decision he has made for his city.
But for becoming President, he'll need a lot of support, I think.
And also, I would like to see, how he settle down things with his supervisor, the jealous governor, Mr. Bibit Waluyo. :)

If i'm not mistaken, he was the one who promote a free hot-spot area along the main road in Solo (Slamet Riyadi street).
And also, he supports some activities concerning about IT start-ups also in his city.
I've read some news about that.
Considering what he's done like i said above, then i take conclusion if he has an interest and fully support for IT industry.
That's just my opinion. :)

Well Adhyz....That's a good news though I don't live in Solo. Four thumbs up for him :D.
At last there is a good leader with a bright idea that can lead the people. Hope he'll be our next hero. But I admire our recent president, SBY. He has been working hard for us. He has got a very bad critics but he just respond it with hard work. We'll see who is right about him.

Nahh,, just like you said, they don't understand with his wants. So don't just blame SBY that way. and always remember that no leader is perfect, every leader has their problems and become a leader is not easey. He has to lead millions people, he has to decides many rules, why we don't just support him than criticism him ? Being a leader is not easy like wasting money. It is easy to criticism than help him to be better. Hah, what a nonsense for people who always blame SBY.

In 2009, I visited Solo. I loved it, really. The city is clean and perhaps the government officials are improvement-minded. They want to become high rank officials because they want to improve their city not because of bla bla bla... you know it.

i am produ of mr jokowi. at 2004 when i came to solo, solo was dirt and bad city. but now after mr jokowi has been the major, there has been great diffirences. for example, most, not few or several, of traditional market are renovated and rebuilt and now they are in good and clean conditon, making people comfy to come. we have tourist object everywhere and cheap local food. businesss is booming in here. just come around. oh yea, next sunday, my school will perform students show in car free day

yup...i also admire this man because of his good leadership. good for him to build good image by doing good things for Solo. he becomes famous recently because of this.
