hey guys i am see stars with your profile fotos.stars with numbers e.g 7 , 8 or even 9 and 10 so on. what does that mean? these stars represent what?
i am a new user please inform.

It is a ranking system use by Mylot, it is fine if you don't know, don't worry, just post and respond in discussion, it is like represent a member seniority level and his/her activity in here. It is difficult to explain in detail on the various number and color they represent.

The star is not related to seniority and/or activity levels here.
It is how our participation and activity is perceived and rated by other users.

You will get your star when you see 1 beside your name.
If your activity is of quality and pertinent to the topics, then it makes no difference whether you start your own discussions or particpate in those started by others. Remember though that if you start your own, you should comment on the responses to move the discussion forward and that you earn nothing for the responses tat others post.
