Creating a team of writers, how do I go with it?

I'm thinking of making a team of a good 5-7 writers. None of my friends are interested, and none can write too, so finding them online is my best bet. What do you suggest I do? I mean how do I go with it?

hello boyuancy! I look for making groups of readers online. I believe if you can have this kind of group with writers will be nice to listen what they write. I belive we must to return at reading with voice, online will be great, to listen to each other. I think we've lost a lot of feelings without reading with voice. See you soon! Cata

Hello boyuancy! Do you really think that a reading group is only for a hobby? Maybe for native English could be, but even for them is not. I speak more about reading with voice. If you, like writers, write something only for business why I need to read what are you written there? And for non native English speakers is more important to be in a reading group, to improve, to practice, to teach English. So,reading is not a hobby, it's a need for many many people in the world who want to be educated, to study, to learn, to feel good, to relax. Maybe me too can I ask you same: why I need to read new written stories or books ? There are so many books, stories, blogs, so on. Hope to see you soon! Cata

I didn't understand most of what you said. A reading group is more of a hobby group while a writing one means serious business. I hope you see the difference. Cheers.

You've made a good start. I can write but tell me why you want to put a team of writers together.

Hi roadrunner. The thing is, some content mills need commitment, full time, which I cannot provide. I'm a student and do freelance writing only as a part time thing. So it will distribute the work. Also, some websites don't allow sign ups from specific regions of the world. I think it is a great loss of talent. It will help avoid that too.

No problem and that's the problem that I'm facing. I wouldn't be able to write full time so I want to distribute the work evenly.

there are many ways there.. Go to o-desk or e-lance and hire a full team of 5-7 writers on hourly basis, which is the best.. You can also offer fixed price.. If you are looking to pick from here, I can work for you.. ask me if you need any help, anytime.. I will be glad to write for you...

An hourly thing would be tough, as I do not have or know anything definite as of now. Lets see, if I get marching, I'll let you know.
