In order to get a job after completing an engineering course, you must have at least one or two years experience. Engineering jobs are not jobs that involve documentations or paper work. This is an actual work that needs experience and proficiency. Whatever lessons were completed in school is not enough because on-the-job training makes you understand how the actual work is being done. Sometimes it is even completely different from what you have been taught in school.

Some of the people are too choosing his job until didn't try for any temporary job to enlarge or expand the knowledge. Of course they need experiences, at least join any small engineering site learn the skills or experiences first. They are still waiting, for an area which is better opportunities. Try to do any engineering work related or not to expand our knowledge. If taken me an example i as software engineer, before this i work as designer and draftsman was waiting for a good opportunity after 4 years experiences in that field.
