Dea Fellow Mylotters, First and foremost I am against taking pills or injections of even surgery. These are short terms measures. You must convince yourself that you must be 'naturally' thin for the rest of your life. Please do not give lame excuses for being overweight. This saying still holds water, 'When there is a will, there is always a way'. Now can you still say you have excuses and not reasons not to do gym work. But going to the gym is only one way to slim down. There are dozen of ways to be indoor and outdoor to do muscle training and aerobic exercise. I can give you pages and pages on why exercise is good and varied. Due to space and time, it is quite impossible. This my take for now. OK? Thanks! Bro. Joe. GBU

You give an indication of your weight but do not say how tall you are. I presume you are Japanese so the likelihood is you are around 5'2" This puts you towards the heavy end of the healthy weight range If you try pills, etc or crash dieting not only are you an idiot but it will not work. Aim to loose weight gradually, control your diet and do some exercise. You don't have to go to a gym, run up every flight of stairs you encounter, etc. all the best urban

I don't believe in diet pills and crash diets. They work on the short-term only and may even be harmful to your health. All you need to lose weight is patience and self-control. I think you're not trying to lose that much weight anyway. A few changes in the way you're eating can go a long way. Drinking 2 glasses of water 15-30 minutes before a meal will help you feel full so you will eat less. Controlling your portions help too. You don't even have to starve yourself. You need your self-control to help you keep doing these things until it becomes a habit for you. Then you will rely on your patience because it will take some time. Don't look for immediate results because you will get discouraged. Don't even think about it while you're doing those changes. A couple of months along the way, you'll see that you've lost weight already. Again, PATIENCE and SELF-CONTROL. Goodluck!

My dear Kyle Remember you may have no time to take care of your health but you will find them when sickness strikes you. Then you will be forced to find time to see the doctors and etc. Time is under your control. It's important to get your priority right. On the point of diet pills and artificial remedies I am totally against this idea. My best advice to you is to find a 'naturally thin' person to be your mentor. Live like him or her and your will be thin.Period! You can bet your last dollar on this. OK? Thanks! Love: Bro. Joe. GBU. PS. RSVP and ASAP via this site please. Looking forward to hear from you. Right?
