negative thinking..

dudes.., please help me out of these negative thougts,..they are killing me like anything.,,. sometimes it it okay but sometimes i feel like my brain is blasting.,., how to gian control over this kind of thoughts.,.,. thanq u.,.

Mr.Reddy, Welcome to mylot! I suggest u to do meditation.Then all your problems will get resolved one by one.Im not talking nonsense,just believe me.Let me tell you how that happens...by doing meditation, u will have immense control over your body and your thoughts.U WILL STOP THINKING AND START DOING SOMETHING PRODUCTIVE.ALL UR NEGATIVE THOUGHTS WILL VANISH AND THE MOST IMP THING IS THAT UR CONCENTRATION POWER INCREASES.i HOPE IT WILL HELP U a lot.Follow my suggestion.Feel free to ask any doubts in this regard...Im there to help.

I started doing meditation since 2 years..,. i enjoy doing meditation ..,. the doubt im having is,.it is this meditation which is the reason for my negative thoughts,...i mean it is taking my mind to think too deep thoughts which frightens me..,.i donno whether to take this positivly because im thinking deep..,.

And recently i heard about this Universal Law Of Attraction.,.acc. to which if u think anything whether good or bad for me.,.,Universe will give me a chance to make that happen.,.. As Mr.kalebtheman said,,if i think like iam better than worst,.,.then my mind says me that "ofcourse your are better.,.but soon you will be kept under worse than the worst category..,.,haha" and that word is repeating in my mind everytime,.,And this Universe is it trying to make that,.,.???

I think you need to tune up your mind a lot.You are finding negativity in all aspects.Can you properly recollect when this actually started?Stop thinking too much.

it depends on what kind of negative thoughts you are having, for what you should do. it is best for to always think we are all different and if that is the way it is or they are then let them be that and do not judge. for this it is best to read the good book the Bible. The Bible has many answers for what you are suffering because it was written for you and me, because we all suffer.

The answer lies in our Telugu grammar. Remember Karta (one who does it), Karma (The work that is done) and Kriya (The actual work). Since you are in trouble you are Karta, so you have to do something about it. Start thinking good positive thoughts. About the work to be done, think and plan of a good productive work to be done. The actual work has to be done to reap the benefits. The best is help some one more in trouble than you. Once done, congratulate yourself. That jeevan should do a lot of good.

just think about all the good moments in your life. understand that your blessed in every way compared to the beggars and everyone. think of all glories and joys god has given you in your life. believe your unique... all the -ve thoughts will go subsequently

I think you are stressed. You better unwind your mind and release tensions. You may communicate with your old friends and keep in touch with them. You can share ideas and things in common. You can also choose yoga. This is an effective way to release stress and be positive in your everyday life. I know you can do it.

you don't think like such an thought that makes you negative.Because that type of ideas can not keep on or show you a positive side of life. so think positive and make society superstition free.
