i've been seeing an image of a processor's logic gate on google... that logic gate probably in 30something nanometer and we can still capture them in image... my question is how small can we capture an object before we use other approach such as illustration and numbers? can we capture an image of a water molecule?

Capturing an image of water molecule is impossible by a human eye. In a study, by a naked eye a light emitting object can be seen by 1.75 nano-meter in size 15cm from your face.
