HitTactic legit or scam...?

Yesterday I joined HitTactic(dot)com. Its a traffic exchange website, very similar to easyhits4U . Is there any mylotter member on this site? It give $0.025 per surfing 100 websites.
Is it a good website? Can any mylotters got paid?
Can please any one answer to my question?

Have you any blog or website of your own? If not, then what is the use of joining such a site? Of course, it is my personal opinion.

Hello,i don't think this is a very good site..you know to surt 100 website and get this much of low amount...You should try some other sites!!

May be I'm very late here to ask the review but also as this one is old post I can get good report now about hittactic which I joined yesterday only. so experienced people please share your opinion. Is it scam or paying honestly?
