There are many of the things that can affect your sleep, stress to grief to simple changes in your daily. What things that affect your quiet sleep?

The thing what disrupts my sleep is the urge to urinate Stress/grief which occurs throughout the day doesn't affect me while sleeping, also certain dreams wake me up even from the deepest sleep

Try to get rid of this desire by going to the toilet and not drinking much water before sleeping.

This is highly likely agree with the person who made ??the comment. You have to do tests to confirm the presence of diabetes or not.

Thinking about something very seriously just before I sleep never lets me get a good sleep. Also if I had to do face any tough situation or any confrontation the next day then I keep on thinking about it and it disturbs my sleep. But once I get into a good sleep then nothing affects me until and unless someone comes and disturbs it which really irritates me. I always have a good sleep because I feel that having a good sleep in the night makes the next day very bright and beautiful :)

Same to me too. I always think of important stuffs in my workplace and some family issues.. It affects my sleep very much!

Yes me too. I always think about the work that I had to do in the office next day and I never used to get proper sleep. Now I never think of any things before I sleep and it is helping me a lot in getting good sleep.

So, to get quite sleep, try to be Away from the nervousness and deep thinking, organize your work. Manage your business and fill what will do in the next day in the paper, to get your mind free before you going to the Bed.

I will never get a quite sleep in the evening once I face with an important thing the other day or or get a good nap in the noon if the coming afernoon has been arranged with something need to be treated seriously. The more I want to fall asleep to save energy so that I would be better in dealing with the important things, the more I cannot go to sleep. And sometimes I can be waken up by even the slightest sound. That is really annoying!

If your plan to face with an important thing the other day, try to organize what you should do in that day, So you Give up your mind and your thinking and get quite sleep.

True that. The only thing that affects my quiet sleep is my cellphone. I can't keep it away from me because it serves as my alarm and also in case of emergencies, my boss and co-workers will contact me at anytime. Too bad!
