If men in some countries, including America, think they should have more than one wife, why can't women have more than one husband? There are a lot of religions here where tha men have multiple wives, and it's not just the reformed lds or some Muslims, but there are some christian religions who are practicing in private. So, why can't women have more than one?

because the rules in these religions are made by men, and it is well known than men can not stand having their women having affairs even though they themselves sometime do...

But, think about this, a man reaches his peak at 17, then it's downhill for them from then. But for women, that peak lasts from puberty till about 60-70.

There are some communities in India (mostly tribal) which do practice polyandry, but it is generally that woman is married to all the brothers of a family. I do not understand why shall there be any polygyny or polyandry
