Do you ever feel restless

After working two jobs, going to school, and having a one year old with no partner. I feel restless. I feel like I have nothing to do or no where to go? What do you do when you feel like everything you do is the same and there is no movement in your life? What do you do when you feel you are stuck and have no where to go?

It sounds like you need a 'me' day. Can you afford to pay a babysitter so you can get out of the house for a few hours? Do you have family around that could watch your child for a day or an afternoon? My husband and I have 2 kids and when they were young, he was working all the time and I childcare. It was the same thing over and over. We lived far from our family so we didn't go out much because we couldn't afford a babysitter. But sometimes I just needed a day for me. We had some really good neighbors with kids so the other mom and I had this 'deal' that I would keep her kids for a day one or two times a month so that she could have a day to herself and she watched my kids so I could have a day to myself. Sometimes there are 'mom' groups that you can become a part of and they basically do the same as my neighbor and I did. Are you a member of a church? Church members are usually more than happy to help if you need an afternoon to yourself but can't afford to pay. Well, I hope you can find some time to yourself or whatever you need. Good luck!

Sorry to hear that. You definitely need to get some 'me' time, otherwise it's just going to get worse. Even if you took off work on one job for a couple of hours, it won't dig into the paycheck too much and actually will help your body and brain. Maybe look over your finances to see if you can consolidate or sell some things that you don't use? even if it's just enough for groceries. I know an easy way of keeping track of what you spend and on what. It also helps with your money flow as far as having the funds to pay bills etc. Maybe you already have a system in place. Sometimes it just helps to use a different system for awhile. We get stagnant in our daily routines and a little change can refresh our brain. Let me know. Good luck.

I wish I had some me time. Unfortunately, I dont have family, friends, or local neighbors to help me out. I am constantly working due to financial constraints. It always seems like a never ending thing.

Sometime I wake up and I have that same feeling, the same thing different day. Sometimes I ahve no desire to move at all. I feel like I need a changeo f pace but this is not as easy now. I can't just find the time nor the stregnth to move to another state or to find another job.

I hear ya!! It just seems like 'what's the use in trying something else?' I've done that, but then, I realize I can't keep doing the same thing and expect a different result.

As I live in Canada, sometimes it can be easy to get a little restless, especially in the winter time. It's more difficult to get around and do things. But somehow, I think we all manage to deal with it.
