PayPal - Your account access is limited.

I have create a paypal account five month ago. I had put all necessary information as per paypal. Add a purpose code, add a bank account and also my PAN no. my paypal is verify account but when i login a message appear "Your account access is limited", when i go "Learn how to remove this limitation" it show PAN no verification in process. It already five months to go, please suggest me what can i do ?

I feel Paypal isn't good although they can use VISA/Mastercard.For me I think should stay away from PP because sometimes they limited your account without any reason.

i also have the same problem its occurring for the users based in India i added my account number long time back but still thy are asking for the account number i mailed thm 3-4 times no good response from them so I am not using Paypal for now.....

It's been long time since the last time I check on my Paypal account, and it surprised me to see new terminologies now, like that PAN number. May I inquire what does it mean?

Just contact Paypal support and tell them your problem. I think they will ask you for some details about yourself. Just follow what they require you to do and your problem will be solved!

i have experienced a limited account on my paypal as well but i contacted the admin asking them help on how to removed my limitation...they guided me but it takes a long process on my side and patience till my account went back to normal then. only the admin could help....

i don't know how paypal policy for your country, but the paypal policy for my country (Indonesia) is almost similar to that, previously verified paypal account can use a bank account (add bank) locally, but now it no longer. And now a way to able to open a paypal account limitation is only using a credit card. Maybe it is also with your paypal account..
