Taking Work Home

Friends... I work till 7pm and i come home exhausted after an hour. I used to take work home so that i can finish-a-plenty but now, i felt that i owe it to myself not to be tire myself even further by doing so. A part of me is guilty for not bringing it home to consider that there is really a lot more to accomplish, but just the same, i find it unhealthy and unfair to myself. What about you? Do you take work home?
