Bux-Matrix Issue

Does anybody know what's wrong with bux-matrix? To me Bux-matrix has always been the best PTC site ever, it has paid me thrice...... This time I have requested for a 4th Payment since Dec'11, it's almost a month now still I haven't received it. I anybody a bux-matrix member too? Can somebody tell me what has happened to this site? Why is it not paying anymore? Has it gone SCAM? Please share your knowledge.........
