On Having Good Health

So many factors affect our health such as environment, genetics, diet and lifestyle. While very little or nothing could be done to change genetics, reforms can be made on the other factors which will decisively enhance our welfare. How do you view good health and what are you doing to maintain good health?

Good health is a state of well being but does not cannote absence of illness. Some of the things that I do to maintain good health is eat a balanced diet, jog and I avoid junk food and fine carbohydrates type of foods as much as possible.

That's nice mashnn. It is really worth our time to think about things that would ensure good health. Well, maintaining a balanced diet daily, jogging (an exercise) and avoiding junk foods, which contain a lot of preservatives, are ways of attaining good health. It will also help if we avoid all forms of stressors. Anything that causes us to be stressed may take its toll on our health. These are too much work, too much worrying and the like.

Though it is very hard to avoid some of these stressors in life. We just have to find out better and productive ways to handle those stress.

I agree with you Mashnn. It is so hard to avoid these stressors in our life. They are always there clinging to us no matter how hard we shake them off. :) The better way to say it is that, we should learn how to manage the stress. If we can do it earlier, then the succeeding stressors that may come will just be easier to handle. Happy mylotting!
