Have doubt in blogging

Hi i am new to blogging. I have so many doubt in developing a blog. Here i asked one doubt in that. How can i add new pages to my blog ? ie., I put 6 main menu and each having two to three menu. I want link new pages s to that menu. If i click menu or sub-menu it should redirect to new pages. How can i do this? Do you have any new idea?
eg:
myblog title
[home buisness sports about me contact us] these are main menu
company
sales
product
If i click company, it will go to new pages and display about company details.
Explain How can i get these feature?

If you want to make all that link appear on every pages of your blog, usually on the top (header) or bottom from left to the right.
You have to edit your templates using Javascript or HTML.
Just search it on the search engines using keywords "blogger templates","how to edit templates" or "how to make a header on blog".

What you are looking for is actually a dropdown menu. Use mylot search engine and search "dropdown menu for blogspot". You will be directed to a lot of links with this. Check one by one till you find the one you want.
