How to weight loss ... Important question for urban population

Now days this is one of biggest problem in urban people's HOW to Weight LOSS ?? As there are lots of way to reduce weight .. First- You have to change your routine life style because its biggest factor for getting weight. Diet routing as i believe breakfast is biggest meal in day so try to do heavy breakfast everyday because you take fats in breakfast is also ok all absorb in hall work so have to take heavy breakfast and about lunch do normal as you doing everyday and about dinner try to avoid it and if take then do in less amount that will help you in weight loss because most of people after dinner going to sleep so fats accumulate in body and weight gain ... Exercise is must and also prefer walking exercise ... Second - before any meal drink two glass of water and specially before dinner this habit long time help in reducing your weight so try it as i said exercise is musts and also walking .. Third- There are some tablets available for weight loss like Orlistat and Sibutramine. Orlistat - its inhibit pancreatic lipase so it decrase fat absorption its mechanism of action of this drug .. Sibutramine- Its decrease serotonin uptake so its decrease craving of food..That's the mechanism action of drug .. Four-Is surgery and its name is METABOLIC surgery and its also called BARIATRIC surgery ...

Hi! Its really not easy to lose weight if you live in a stressful place like the urban zone. But it is still possible. Give yourself an hour or two to exercise. Drink lots of water. Avoid staying up too late, it contributes to obesity because the body will compensate the lack of rest by eating. Avoid eating in fast foods. Cook your meal and bring it at work.Fast food meals have really high cholesterol and promotes obesity and other diseases like cancer.There are gyms where they have programs to lose weight. Just be disciplined and you can achieve this.:))

I agree with you but also its not impossible just you have perfect schedule and you have to follow it then after that you will get your result and its always help to you for maintain your health ..Discipline is must think for every work ..

Hello! losing weight is one of my problem now, but thanks to you I have many options to do to lose my weight. I've tried limiting my food intake or jogging everyday but still it wont work. i'm also afraid of taking slimming pills because I once tried it but it has negative effects on me.. Thanks anyways! :)

i just trying those people who want to reduce there weight and i am medical student so i have such knowledge about this topic so i share with people via this my lot platform. First and second opinion its natural and third and fourth is medically available option but always one think remember all pills has side effect so try as last option is such small medical problem like headache ...

I am currently trying to lose weight, I have been doing the weight watchers program and exercising twice a day. I drink 5 bottles of water a day, i used to just drink straight soda throughout the day but i quit that and just have 2 glasses of soda a day and the rest water. It's hard to try to diet because you have to have motivation to stick to it and you cant just watch what you eat you have to exercise as well. That's the only way it'll work.

i totally agree with you because its very hard to do it and its easy to give advice to someone and i really understand your problem because dieting is always hard think with your normal routine but there in nothing impossible just going on one day you will defiantly get your rewards ...

Hi zahiedp: Thanks for sharing these advices with us. I am almost starting a diet and for me, the most important things is controlling what I eat in my breakfast and in my dinner. I will eat oats during my diet because it controls my hunger and at the same time I will do a lot of exercise on my Wii Fit. I think that's just perfect for me and I will be strict on my diet until March 31st which is my birthday ALVARO

you welcome bro. some time oats also benefits too control your appetite and it will help to reduce your weight ..You will defiantly reach to your goal end of march because as you said you are going on right track .. best wishes for your future
