My boyfriend, who I live with is such a snore bug!! Omg I was awake til 3am with him snoring up a storm. I knew when he went to bed early last night, that he was very tired from work, but that doesn't always mean he will snore. I nudged him, told he snored, he would adjust and instantly fall back asleep. I was on my computer playing a game because that is how I settle down for the night. I usually play a round of solitaire. So eventually I ended up hollering at him and he wakes up completely disorientated. So I asked him to stop snoring as I am not going to be able to sleep. He got up and made his way to our spare room and promptly fell asleep ASAP and no more snoring!! I thought I was going to lose my marbles. How do you all handle a partner who does things that annoy you?

i hate when this happen when i'm sleep over my boyfriend house he snores so loud i just can't sleep. i try to use those ear plugs and they don't work that good. i remember one time i was so mad i hit my boyfriend on his back because of it he didn't even feel it lol. i guess you could just deal with it or sleep in other room. because its hard to sleep when someone snoring i just can't sleep.

What do you do @pebblez8989 when your boyfriend is snoring? Do you sleep in another room?

Why don't you try some of the nasal snoring strips? They work

Nope, tried those didn't do a thing. He's tried steam, nasal spray etc. and I do know that sometimes if he elevates his head with an extra pillow that it does help, however, he wakes up in the morning with a sore neck.

Usually I tell my spouse to refrain from doing those things that annoy me. Most of the time it works. But those are habits and stuff. Your problem isn't. I mean, snoring isn't a habit and you just can't tell someone not to snore. If he's tried those nasal sprays and stuff, well, he could start doing some cardio-vascular exercises like jogging or something since one cause of snoring is poor breathing.
