What is this Paypal List?

i was clicking on PTC ads and i saw this ad that says "PAYPAL LIST" where you can earn loads of dollars in a day or week just by sending $1 to the e-mails or paypal of those 6 people on the list and then after doing it you also put your e-mail ad there and post it in message boards and forums so you can receive money on your paypal. they say it is legal because it was seen on Oprah. I tried to search for that video for an episode of it on Oprah but i cannot find any. Only self-made videos of the said scheme. well, have you tried this yourself and have you receive any money on your paypal? have any of you seen the episode on oprah about this paypal list? what can you say about this?

Hi there jadoixa, In my research it is fake anything on the web that causes you to release money is fake they will just take your money and leave you hanging without any guaranty of money returned. so take heed.

That sounds a lot like a pyramid scheme. Where one person gets all the money and the rest get none of it. This is illegal and you will lose your paypal account if you participate in it. These schemes are illegal. It would definitely not be on Oprah's show. They just said that because everyone knows and trusts her so they figured they would believe it if her name was on it.

yes, they said that it is legal and that paypal confirmed it themselves..to make it appear real and people to believe it..

Dear friend, I use Paypal only as a fund to receive money from legitimate sites (like Mylot) so you can build up until you get to a certain amount to spend on my debitcard then. To be honest, just to answer your question, I do not think the procedure you described is legal, that does not think so "easy" to increase our capital on Paypal simply by sending $ 1 to a certain "friends list". It almost seems like one of those "chains" that are now popular belief around the world. You must excuse me if I was a little skeptical, but this is my opinion.

It's an old scheme, but with the new media. I ever red the similar scheme on a brochure. But it's not via Paypal, it's via money transfer via Bank. We can't expect much money from this scheme. I believe it's better for me to work instead.
