Electrical Problems.

I was staying in this church as a shelter one night. I was charging my phone. When I went by the bathroom, the light was already out. I thought the light bulbs had burned out. The lights in the women's bathroom came back on. Then they went out again several times. I was charging my phone again in the morning. The lights went out again. This one ignorant stupid female, poked her head out and said I am responsible for the lights going on and off. I found out from being in the bathroom with my phone in my hand that the lights had done that the week before. I was not anywhere near problem that church when that problem started. I am sure they got the got the problem solved. I would hate to see that church on fire because no one fixed that.
