I am trying to eat healthier for weight loss but am tired of eating frozen diet meals and tuna for lunch. Any good suggestions that are nutritious, inexpensive and easy to fix?

Whenever I know that I am going somewhere that I will be needing to take lunch, I always to go the supermarket and buy a pre packed pasta salad. If you get the low fat versions, they can contain fewer than 300 calories which is how much you should be eating at lunch time on an average day if you're being healthy. I do this, because it is very easy and it means that I don't have to waste time making lunch and it doesn't have to cost all that much either which is good for your bank balance as well as for your diet.

Fresh food is always healthier for diet. try to make time to cook the meals; one bowl meal is easy to make because it's only stir fry. Throw carrots (finely slice: matchstick), sprouts, bellpeppers (matchstick slice or diced, whatever), tofu or soya bean curd and you may add mushroom or chicken (diced) and even tuna (canned or fresh tuna). olive oil to fry garlic (mushed or slice) then add the carrot, bellpeppers, chicken and mushroom, add some water into the wok then add the rest. add salt, peppers and even bird eye's chillies if you like. for the carbo intake; you can always boil pasta and stir together with the vegetables. easy and only takes 30 minutes from preparation to cooked.
