many of us have this as a major problem in their life. they have to maintain a balance between their personal and professional life. but people tend to fail many a times and even suffer the consequences because of that. people need to earn enough to support family and giving time to your family is equally important. so people at times are the sufferers when they tend to give more time either of the two. i have seen many separation happens between couples due to this particular reason.many a times people seek for extra marital affairs and even divorce sometimes. the pressure of your profession make it important for you to keep a busy schedule for you and at the same time your family need your beside them. i want to know that how you can strike a balance between personal and professional life?? or you have to sacrifice one or the other?

I had difficulty maintaining a balance between my career and my family. Most of the time, I would give more attention to the career than family. I had to beg off from countless school meetings and occasions. It was always work for for me. This may have triggered the marriage problems but I still have doubts if this was indeed the reason. I invested so much in my career not only time but emotions. I was really attached to my job even if I knew I was sacrificing the family. The children understood because they knew it was the only means for them to get some education. Up to now I am still a workaholic. It's not actually for the money. I just got used to working that I can't imagine myself not doing anything.

I have to admit that having a balance between my working life and my personal life is something that I am struggling with at this moment in time. One of the reasons for this is because I work from home. I used to always accept invitations from friends during the day when I was working, however I soon realised that I was missing out on too much money because of the fact that I was doing this. I soon decided that I would instead work longer hours in order to make the money that I needed to pay my bills. Now, I struggle to see my friends enough because I have so much work to do, however I am hoping that this is only in the short term because when I have bought my house I won't have to do as many hours per week because not having to rent to live somewhere will save me a lot of money in the long term.

Yes I can do that. Because I have no personal or professional life.. My life is so clean that nothing exists here. If there is a person like me who have such an empty life, can surely do this.. :)
