Are you a coffee lover/addict? well, i was once an addict to coffee and i rather choose strong coffee because of the taste. But now,I only drink if its necessary or like when i miss the taste and want to take a sip.Coffee, as the ads would say, has anti-oxidant due to its high caffeine content and can prevent cancer. It can also help fight negative affects of aging. Aside from that, there are other health benefits in drinking coffee. But too much coffee is also bad. It can stain your teeth, can affect blood sugar levels. It can also cause rapid or irregular heartbeats as what I've experienced that's why I seldom drink coffee. Although its not that rapid but I'm beginning to feel it and I'm afraid because I'm too young to have this kind of symptom. Now,I'm starting to drink milk, although I'm not really used to it, but I'm trying my best because its for my own good. How often do you drink coffee? is it in moderation?

Hi, lil_toni, I'm a coffee addict too and I still am. :) Coffee is a must in the morning when I get up, and in the evening after I arrive from work. During my time at office, I sometimes drink 2 glasses of coffee, but mostly only 1 glass. And I said glass, not cup. :D And sometimes when I have to stay up late and do my work, I still make some more (well, sometimes only 1 cup). Actually, I don't get any headache if I don't drink it, but I feel like it's already a habit somehow. And thank God it hasn't affected my heart, but it's already staining my teeth, though. Lol.

Omg, if I have to brush my teeth everytime I drink coffee, can you imagine how many times should I brush my teeth in a day??? :D But if I start doing it now, do you think it's too late? :(

LOL.:D Maybe its not too late if you will start doing it now. Much better if you go to the dentist to have it check so they can give advises on what to do with your teeth.:)

Hi MissPiggy, thank you for sharing your thoughts. Yes, I also agree with you, coffee is indeed part of our daily routine. When we get up, when we have a lot of work to do,it keeps us awake and its hard to take it away that easily. But after I drink coffee, I brush my teeth so it won't get stained and for me to have a healthy teeth. It's good to hear that you haven't experience any side effects of drinking coffee, well aside from the teeth, :) Wish I was also like that.

I do love coffee but I don't drink it all of the time. Every now and then before I was pregnant again I would have coffee maybe every couple of days during the week. But now pregnant again I don't really have any caffeine unless I start getting a headache so then I eat chocolate. Too much coffee weather your having a baby or not is not good for you so I keep it to moderation every now and then. I think in the last 3 months I've only had one cup off coffee.

Oh. Thank you for the information. I didn't know that high caffeine content can prevent cancer and can fight negative affects of aging. I really want to drink a coffee, but my best friend forbid me, telling me of how bad is it. She just told me all the bad negative affects of drinking a coffee, but she didn't even mention that there is a positive affects if a person drinks a coffee. I do not drink a coffee, but because of what I read, I am going to try it once
