Whats the super bowl ?

Im really getting into sports these days and i wanna know what the super bowl is and how the teams are chosen...

The super bowl is the two best football teams playing together on one weekend to see who can win the title of the best football team for the year. Its a super bowl because its a super fantastic thing to watch LOL. Im not sure why they actually call it the super bowl but the teams play each other through out the year and at the end during playoffs they put teams together to play and then if they loose there out and so on. It was a tough year this year and there were alot of good teams but at the end the best will win.
