Facebool will go public in may, good or bad investment?

As we know that Facebook, the most popular social networking website,plan to register to wall street and will launch initial public offering on may. They will break record on the IPO capitalization and has higher value for the similar investment in internet sector, even breaking google's IPO on 2004. This looks interesting for the investor to buy IPO of facebook but we must consider many things as well. As we know, similar social networking sites on wall street has decreasing trend and value drop under IPO. Many analyst says facebook IPO value will be too high and maybe not guarantee will have good increment in the future since their member maybe not be growing as fast as previous years..so what do you think about facebook go public news?
