drinking water can keep you slim and trim !!

well i know it sounds weird but its true. even i did not believe it before but later i have came to know from my skin therapist. if you have toxic in your body you tend to gain unnecessary weight. so drinking water helps to wash out all the toxic from your body and keep the weight of body in control. people tend to spend so much of weight loss and dieting but this is the natural remedy and it wont let you down. drinking water can also keep you away from diseases.it provide you a healthy life style. so drink as much water as you can. better to have 2-3 liters of water everyday and if you can even more. take care.

i agree with you because drinking a lot of water can fill you up and make you feel full so you are not tempted to eat extra and since water has no calories, it is a win win situation!
