Is it better to exercise before dinner or after dinner

Hye,I have been working out in the morning as well and now i wanted to include another brief one in the evening. Im confused whether to exercise before or after dinner as some say its better to exercise after dinner as it burns the calories of your dinner .

Hi,For me its better to exercise before taking any foods because it is not advisable doing exercises when your tummy is full.As what our parents said that it is bad for our health.Any way,its your choice doing so or it depends upon you.

Thanks on your response friend, yes thats what i have been wondering since exercising after full stomach is not so good for health . So, I thought of having a good walk after dinner would be a good exercise.

I am think so, we should exercise before we are take our meal. This is a method of exercise and not after taking a food. Although some people are not making any rule, exercising whenever before or after meal.

I think if do walking exercise after your dinner then its work for you and its keep your body healthy ..As you said its help to burns your calories that's defiantly true and i some time follow it ... I Like to walking after dinner, at least walk 500 to 600m that's enough but if you walking more then it then its defiantly you will have more benefits .. KEEP MY LOTTING ...
