Whenever I happen to be sick, my mother and my med-taking friends often tells me to drink a lot of water or be engaged in the so-called "water therapy". They say that water therapy helps the body a lot: from cleansing, helps in hydrating process and many more. It is believe that water therapy also helps not just in preventing and curing diseases but as well with losing weight. do you agree with that? well, as for me, based on my experience, it really does. with enough proper diet and work out, water thearpy helps me out. :)

People who drink more water are commonly known to be more healthy, and will have more energy and nicer, brighter skin. I decided that I needed to lose weight a year ago, and since then I have lost six stone. A lot of this has been thanks to the water that I have been drinking, as it has meant that I felt a lot more energised and able to do all of the exercise that I needed to do to be able to lose the weight that I needed to. So, water has changed my life, and I know that I will never go back to the way that I was before.
