Help I dont understand buying Credits? for a task?

Ok im new here and was looking for a way to contact mylot with this but couldnt find it or at least not easily. I am looking under tasks and Ive done a couple and they made perfect sense. Then I come across this woman names Azurewaters in the task section and it said something about credits and it would pay $1.35. Then I click on it and it goes to her site and If I click here for credits it gives me an option to buy a credit for a $1.00. So what im getting at is what is the point? To spend a dollar now to get a $1.35 back when I get Paid.Exactly what is the task? And shouldnt there be a way to clarify what is expected if they dont fully explain it? And also is task money paid to mylot so one doesnt do a task and then get screwed over? Alot of questions arent answered on here and I hope some can shed some light on it for me. What exactly is she doing and why would I buy a credit and what am I buying it for. It is located in the tasks section second page for now. Thanks Ryan
