What are the best survey sites that pay by Paypal?

I need some really good sites. Ones that give a lot of surveys and have a low minimum payout.

I have never really liked any of the survey sites. They just take some time to fill in a few question and then at the nth moment publish that I am not eligible to take the survey further! Damn! I have lost hope on all the sites. Anyways, good luck to you. Hope you find something!
