Problem with sun broadband

I bought sun broadband wireless because i heard that it is better than any other modem when it comes to browsing and i proved it right.It`s really fast and stable,but my problem is i am not able to send sms to any mobile number,it always message failed i dont know whats the problem with it so please if anyone of you using the same modem tell me if you also encounter the same problem.I cant even convert my regular load to SBW100 because i cannot send sms.Hope you help me.thanks
